Criterios y derechos de autor
Las autoras y autores que publican en la revista Pedagogía y Sociedad están de acuerdo con los siguientes términos:
- Los autores/as conservan los derechos de autor de sus trabajos sin restricciones desde el año 2023, garantizando a la revista el derecho a la primera publicación del trabajo para que sea sometido al proceso editorial.
- Las autoras y autores conocen que su obra se publica bajo una Licencia Creative Commons Atribución-NoComercial-SinDerivar 4.0 Internacional que permite a terceros compartir la obra siempre que se indique su autor y su primera publicación esta revista. Bajo los siguientes términos:
Compartir — copiar y redistribuir el material en cualquier medio o formato
Atribución — Usted debe dar crédito de manera adecuada, brindar un enlace a la licencia, e indicar si se han realizado cambios. Puede hacerlo en cualquier forma razonable, pero no de forma tal que sugiera que usted o su uso tienen el apoyo de la licenciante.
NoComercial — Usted no puede hacer uso del material con propósitos comerciales.
SinDerivadas — Si remezcla, transforma o crea a partir del material, no podrá distribuir el material modificado.
No hay restricciones adicionales — No puede aplicar términos legales ni medidas tecnológicas que restrinjan legalmente a otras a hacer cualquier uso permitido por la licencia.
- Las autoras y autores conocen que su obra será almacenada en servidores y reproducida en soporte digital para su incorporación a repositorios institucionales y bases de datos que facilitarán el acceso libre y gratuito al texto completo de la obra.
- Los autores/as pueden distribuir la versión de la obra publicada en la revista Pedagogía y Sociedad inmediatamente después de la salida del artículo (por ejemplo, situarlo en un repositorio institucional o publicarlo en un libro), con un reconocimiento expreso de su publicación inicial en la revista Pedagogía y Sociedad.
Criteria and Copyright
Authors who publish in the journal Pedagogy and Society agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain the copyright to their work without restriction, granting the journal the right of first publication for the work to be submitted to the editorial process.
- Authors acknowledge that their work is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, which allows third parties to share the work provided that the author and the original publication in this journal are acknowledged. The terms are as follows:
Share — Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
NoDerivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
- Authors acknowledge that their work will be stored on servers and reproduced digitally for inclusion in institutional repositories and databases, thus facilitating free and open access to the full text.
- Authors may distribute the version of their work published in the journal Pedagogía y Sociedad immediately after publication (for example, by placing it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with explicit acknowledgment of its initial publication in the journal Pedagogía y Sociedad.
