Abstract

This article is based on the results obtained from the application of the diagnosis of the current state of the use of interculturality in the teaching and learning of foreign languages. As a contemporary approach to the teaching of foreign languages ​​in the world, interculturality should be used by the trainers of the new generations of foreign language teachers ​​and it should serve as a starting point to bring to the classroom phrases and customs that allow highlighting the qualities of educators and their appreciation for various cultures. The objective of this paper is to systematize the main conceptions of interculturality in foreign languages. Methods of the theoretical level are used, such as the logical historical, the synthetic analytical and the deductive inductive. The results obtained through the research process revealed the need to train teachers in intercultural issues.
