THE LEGAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY CUBAN LEGAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

In line with the context of Cuban society, a civic-legal training, both individual and social, is of vital importance. The objective of this article is to share the importance of legal institutions of the Cuban judiciary system and the different legal services provided by the aforementioned institutions, which have been deeply undermined over time. In order to foster the legal culture of children, adolescents and young people at all levels of education as part of their general and comprehensive culture, students must know the basic elements of the national and international legal system, the duties and rights of citizens and the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba. The educational practice of the university has identified shortcomings in this regard, conditioned by the lack of information on Criminal Law by students and society in general.
