PROPOSAL OF THE SYSTEM FOR PREPARING AND OVERCOMING THE MANAGERS AND THEIR RESERVES IN THE SANCTI SPÍRITUS PROVINCE
Abstract
The present investigation was carried out with the objective of perfecting the preparation of the managers and reserves in the Sancti Spíritus province. First, the current situation was diagnosed, which made it possible to identify the main shortcomings related to the preparation of managers and reserves. Subsequently, a system for preparing managers and reserves is proposed for the province that integrates the Provincial Strategy for the Preparation and Overcoming of Managers and Reserves; the identification of the Profiles of Competence for the position; the Diagnosis of Individual Learning Needs; the Individual Training and Development Plan; the Evaluation of the Impact of the Training and the evaluation of the performance of the managers and reserves, as well as the tools to implement it.
